1. How do I apply?
For your application to be
given full consideration, the following items must be
submitted:
- COMPLETE ONLINE APPLICATION: which
will take approximately 30 minutes. Please have your
certifications, work experience and reference information
available.

You will be able to electronically
attach the following document files (rιsume, scanned
transcripts, copies of credentials, letter of
interest) to your application/profile. Follow
instructions in the online application to attach
documents to your file. If you are unable
to electronically attach documents to the online
application, please submit via mail, fax or drop
off at Human Resources.

Please submit two (2) REFERENCE FORMS to Superintendents,
Principals, Assistant Principals and/or others who
have supervised your work.
- REFERENCES CAN BE SUBMITTED 2 WAYS:

- Reference Forms will be sent out by
the HR system automatically via email
only if you enter the reference's
email address in the Reference section
of the online application.
- If you do not have the reference's
email address, please follow the instructions
below in #2 and enter
'N/A' for
the email address in the Reference section
of the online application.

The reference forms are to be mailed or faxed
to the Spring Branch ISD Human Resources Department.
- TRANSCRIPTS/CERTIFICATES:
It is the applicant's responsibility to furnish the
Human Resources Department with copies of up-to-date
transcripts and certificates. This also applies to
applicants currently employed with Spring Branch ISD.
An applicant must show proof of a principal, assistant
principal or temporary certificate.
- ILD AND PDAS TRAINING CERTIFICATIONS
It is the applicant's responsibility to furnish
the Human Resources Department with copies of ILD
and PDAS certificates. This also applies to applicants
currently employed with Spring Branch ISD. An applicant
must show proof of the certificate as issued by their
Education Service Center.
- RESUME:
A resume is not required but recommended. A resume
will not be accepted in lieu of an application.
This application and the documents submitted herewith
shall become the property of the school district, and
the district shall reserve the right to accept or reject
them. Any information with or in support of your employment
application except the Criminal History Records form
may be revealed to any persons who may participate in
the selection of employees. Additionally, you waive
your rights to access these records.
Any falsification of records or omission of required
information may disqualify you from consideration for
employment with the Spring Branch Independent School
District.

2. How long will my application
remain on file?
An application will remain on file for two years. It
will be active for one year from the date of application.
It can be reactivated for one additional year by applying
online and submitting an updated resume.

3. Do I call and schedule an
interview?
A committee is formed which reviews all applications
submitted. Stricter criteria is developed and selected
candidates will be called for an interview.
