"Officer Huerta is one of the most dependable employees we know. He always comes to work on time and never seems to have a bad day.

His dependability reaches far beyond reporting to work each day. When Danny responds to a call, or goes to investigate a case, it will be handled properly and efficiently. He is a problem-solver who seems to have a calming effect on anyone who is upset.

As a truancy officer, he is very encouraging to the students he contacts. He is a positive role model to all students-especially those with problems. He goes the extra step for anyone who needs his help or strength. A smile and positive attitude define his demeanor.

You will never hear Danny boast or brag about his work. What you see is an officer who quietly leads and inspires others to be their best. His consistent commitment to excellence and customer service are his trademarks."
