In front of the entire Wilchester Elementary pep-rally, Superintendent Duncan Klussmann surprised JoAnn Sodolak as tthe February Employee of the Month for Spring Branch ISD. Even with a microphone, you could hardly hear Dr. Klussmann over the cheer of the students.
