Smart A la Carte
A variety of nutrient rich, a la cart food choices will be
offered to students daily...
Guidelines include those foods that feature a health claim
authorized by the FDA, foods that are low fat (3 grams of
fat or less) or reduced fat, and/or foods that are rich in
fiber such as fruits/vegetables and whole grains.
