A list of immunization
shots required for enrollment are below:
Clinic Services:
Spring Branch ISD is fortunate to have a registered nurse on each campus to provide professional nursing services to children throughout the school day. We also employ 8 nursing assistants who are trained by the RN to assist in providing health services and implementing state mandated screenings.
Clinic Information Card:
Each student is asked to return a completed clinic emergency card signed by the parent or guardian. The information on this card is of vital importance in giving health services staff and administrators directions for proper care of your child in the event of illness, injury or other emergencies. The cards are available from the school or can be completed on-line and returned to the school.
