I’m Rebecca, your Energy Manager!
I’m originally from India, but I got to Texas as soon as I could to be a Fightin’ Texas Aggie and to earn a degree in Industrial Engineering.
I look forward to helping the district keep the utility bills down, and the quality of education up!

My name is Manuel Villalobos and I have been part of Spring Branch I.S.D just about all my life. I attended Ridgecrest Elementary, Landrum Middle and Northbrook High, and soon after high school I started work in the Energy Management Controls office.
I’m excited to continue to serve the district as we work together to provide a comfortable learning environment for students and staff while bringing ENERGY savings to the district
