Inclement Weather Procedures

BULLETIN NO. 01

Attached is one (1) copy of the Inclement Weather Procedures dated August 1, 2003. The custodial foreperson at your facility has also been supplied with a copy of this document.

It is essential that all custodians and building administrators follow the Inclement Weather Procedures in order to minimize building damage due to freezing, hurricanes and/or tropical storms.

The "Inclement Weather Procedures" supplement the Crisis Management Plan provisions for hurricanes, etc. and does not replace the Crisis Management Plan items.

If additional information is needed, please call 984-9805.
