Surplus Auction
SBISD is holding an on-line Surplus Bus Auction, commencing
Friday, April 25, - Monday, May 5, 2008.
The website location is: www.lemonsauctioneers.com. Items should be online when the auction starts on April 25. All participants must register on line and submit a $100.00 refundable deposit in order to bid. The $100.00 can be used towards on line purchases. The $100.00 can be submitted on-line via credit card, pay-pal; mail money order (no personal checks), wire transfers or at the office of:

The Spring Branch Independent School District holds a Surplus Furniture
and Equipment Auction periodically for the purpose of disposing of items
that are either no longer functional or are no longer needed by the various
campuses and departments. By state law and school board policy, all surplus
must be disposed of in this manner. This auction is held at different
times during the year when the volume of items warrants it. Interested
parties need to watch the auction advertisements in the Houston Chronicle
or periodically check this web site for information on the next sale.
The location is the Surplus Warehouse behind the Spring Branch Education
Center at 9000 Westview. Items typically sold at the auction consist of:
computer equipment, chairs, teacher desks, student chairs, student
desks, buses, cars, trucks, etc. The doors will open at 8:00 a.m. and
the auction will begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. The auctioneer waives
the security deposit for all SBISD employees that show their identification
badge.
