Graduation from Spring Branch Independent School District means students must earn a minimum of 24 credits and pass all sections of TAKS test.

State Mandated Testing
Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS) Exit Level Examination is an assessment of student achievement in basic skills. Students must achieve a mastery on all five portions (writing/reading/math/social studies/science) in order to graduate. If a student does not score at the mastery level in any area, only that portion must be retaken until mastery is obtained.
