SBISD Child Care Center

The SBISD Child Care Center is licensed under the regulations of the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services, Day Care Licensing Division and the Board of Trustees of SBISD. It is a self-sustaining program that is tuition-based.

MISSION
The mission of the Childcare Center is to provide a positive learning experience for all students. In order to accomplish this we strive to maintain a close relationship between school and home. Parents are encouraged to contact the teacher or manager whenever the need arises.

LAB SCHOOL PROGRAM
SBISD high school students enrolled in the Pre-Laboratory Childcare course visit the center daily with their instructors for actual experiences with young children. This prepares them for careers in child care, teaching, and related fields.
