Diverse marine life from around the world are exhibited in the Hall of Oceanography. Displayed in this hall is a wide variety of marine and aquatic organisms in their natural underwater environments. Included are scenes from oceans, gulfs, rivers and lakes from around the world. A large diorama contains many species of marine life found in the Gulf of Mexico. The "Marine Life Discovery Area" allows visitors a hands-on examination of various marine specimen.
