Should you have an emergency, please call Spring Branch ISD Police at 713-984-9805.Reopening Our SchoolsThe SBISD Police Command Center, which is located at 9009 Rutland behind the Spring Branch Education Center, will serve as the district’s Crisis Management Center. A First Response Team of administrators, SBISD Police officers and employee volunteers from several departments will monitor our schools and facilities throughout and after the storm.This team will also determine when classes will resume. To determine if schools can reopen, the following actions will be taken:
- SBISD school buildings and facilities will be assessed to ensure that they are safe for occupancy. Electricity and other utilities must be operating and clean ups conducted. Roads must be passable so that it is safe to get to and from school.
- Determine that teachers and district staff are ready and available to return.
