The Spring Branch Community Health Fair will provide FREE:

• public immunization for children
• health streamlining for children and adults
• interactive game for the children
• information about social service and health service available to the community in the area
• free lunches
• free backpacks with school supplies for school age children.

Families are invited to participate in this FREE event. Parents are asked to bring the shot records of their children to ensure that the children receive FREE all the shots that they will need to enter school.
