               Parent Agreement for Accessing Student Information Online

Parents:
Please read the User Agreement and complete the online application and once completed, visit your child’s campus to Show your Picture ID and verification form. If all of your information matches enrollment information, school personnel will activate your account.

User Agreement

• By completing the account information you authorize Spring Branch ISD to make your child’s information available to you via the internet.
  
  
• If your account is not activated within 60 days your online application will be deleted.

• Information can be viewed only by authorized users with a valid User ID and password. Users are responsible for keeping their passwords and logins confidential. Your child’s personally identifiable information is managed with security measures in place, to provide secure transmission of your information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Users should notify their campus office immediately if there is a possible security concern. Users may access the website to change password or cancel this service.

• Abuse of this site may result in loss of access privileges.

• This website is available during the school year. However, technical difficulties do occur which may result in the site being unavailable temporarily.

• Please understand that the district cannot help with problems related to your home computer or browser.

• SBISD will work to maintain accurate and current information but makes no guarantee as to the accuracy or timeliness of the information within the system. When you have questions about the information displayed on a page, please contact your school for assistance. Teachers enter grades within 7 school days (exceptions are major projects and holidays) from the assignment due date. Information accessed from this program is unofficial and nonbinding in nature.

• You are responsible for keeping your User ID and password confidential. By submitting this application you are agreeing that Spring Branch ISD and its employees are not responsible for unauthorized access to your child’s information.
