IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ID CARDS

ID Card Verbiage
Participants currently enrolled in one of the HMO plans and who chose to stay in the same plan, will NOT receive new ID cards. Participants moving from the Low HMO to the High HMO or vice versa, WILL receive new ID cards. Any participant enrolled in either of the PPO plans will receive new ID cards because the plan name is changing from the PPO to the Open Access MC. If you are in one of the situations where you expect to receive a new ID card and you do not have it on 10/1, don't panic! You can go on-line to www.aetna.com and through Aetna Navigator, can print out temporary ID cards. If you experience any problem logging onto Aetna Navigator, please call customer service at.......

Claim Office Change:
You might notice that the claim office address on the letter has changed from Lexington, KY to El Paso, TX. As always, our goal is to provide you with timely notification concerning your health plan. As such, this note is to inform you that effective today the claims mailing address for your HMO and Open Access MC medical plans has changed. This change does NOT affect the way claims will be processed or paid, it just changes the location of where they will be received. Claims will still be accepted at the previous PO Box for three years to make sure there is a smooth transition. Our ID card system has been updated with the new address, so any new ID cards being produced will reflect the change. (Members staying in the same HMO plan will NOT receive a new ID card simply because of this change in claim office address.) Members logging onto Aetna Navigator will also see the new address. Let me know if you have any questions.
The new address is below.
