Duties: |
- Review grant application Request for Proposal
- Research subject matter for grant application
- Work with campuses, content area specialists or
district personnel to develop a plan for grant application
package
- Develop Budget for grant application
- Develop goals, objectives, and activities for proposal
- Write and rewrite draft proposals as edited by Grant
Dept. staff
- Work with Grant Department staff to finalize grant
application

This person will report to
the Director for Grants or her designee. |
| Qualifications/skills preferred: |
Bachelor's degree.
Valid Texas teacher certificate.
Past grant writing experience.
Be able to work independently.
Experience and/or familiarity with management of grant
programs Familiarity with district regulations.
Familiarity with TEA guidelines
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word
Willingness to learn, acquire, and apply new skills
Time involved per project to be determined between
applicant and Director for Grants.
