Job Title: After School Hours - TEEG Grant Coordinator
Classification: Certified
Minimum Salary: $32/hour, Extra-duty pay position on campuses with TEEG Grant Awards
Days: Start ASAP after SBISD receives written notice of grant award
Examples of Key Duties: Serve as a communication liaison between the SBISD Director of Grants,
the campus principal and all campus staff by advocating for participation in TEEG
grant activities and by updating staff periodically at faculty meetings or via e-mail.
Maintain grant related information in an excel spreadsheet.
Assist in the dissemination and collection of self-reporting documents.
Meet periodically with the Director of Grants after school.
Verify that teachers held accountable for assessments other than TAKS have
the required baseline student achievement data.
Assist the Director of Grants in all TEA reporting and evaluation requirements.
Keep a log of your time and effort worked on this grant outside of the
regular school day.
Other grant related duties as assigned.
Staff Relationships: This person is directly responsible to the building principal.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field.
Valid Texas Teacher Certificate or Teaching Certificate from out of state appropriate for position.
Word and Excel skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Superb organizational skills.
