free response instrument; there are no right or wrong answers. Please read the instructions carefully before beginning (answers are timed).

If you have completed the TeacherInsight interview with another entity, please transfer the information to Spring Branch ISD by going to the website below and entering our district code number. The code number to access or to transfer the online interview is 60313.

Please send us a copy of your college transcript(s) or out-of-country transcript evaluation(s) by mail or fax.

Teacher Credentials

A copy of your Texas teaching certificate or,
Letter of recommendation for a teaching certificate from your university or,
A copy of your out-of-state certificate or,
Confirmation letter from an approved alternative certification program will be provided by the applicant.

Copy of Certification(s) can be mailed/faxed to Human Resources - to obtain a copy of your certification, visit State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC).

Reference Form

YOU CAN SUBMIT REFERENCES 2 WAYS:

1. Electronic Form: Reference Forms can now be submitted electronically. In order for the reference form(s) to be submitted electronically, an email address will be required. Should an email not be available, please follow instructions below for downloading the reference forms and put 'N/A' for the email address.
   
   
2. Download Form: Click here to download two Reference Forms and forward forms to previous supervisors - one of which must be from your current or most recent supervisor/principal.
   

Please note: If you have teaching experience this reference must be completed by your current principal, if you are a student teacher this reference must be completed by your supervising teacher, if you have not taught or done student teaching this reference must be your current supervisor. Your application will not be considered complete until Spring Branch ISD receives the Reference Form mailed or faxed directly from your reference.
