Gallup TeacherInsight Online Interview Instructions
Teacher Applicants Only

Thank you for placing your application with the Spring Branch Independent School District. We believe that teachers are critical to student success, and we are committed to placing teachers in positions where they and students will be most successful. In order to do that, we would like you to take a web-based interview, designed by The Gallup Organization, within the next three days. The interview comes from research conducted with teachers viewed as most successful. The interview must be completed to be considered for hiring.

• TeacherInsight will require about 40-45 minutes of uninterrupted time.
• You can access the web-site using the URL below as a hot link.
• You will be asked for our district code which is 60313.
• You will be asked to provide your Social Security Number as the means of identifying yourself in the system.
• TeacherInsight consists of multiple choice, Likert-type items (responses on a one-to-five scale) and open-ended items in which you write your response.
• Specific instructions are contained within the TeacherInsight.
• Following completion of the assessment, Gallup will forward the results to us.
• Principals will call applicants for personal interviews on campus as vacancies occur. Principals will choose applicants from our pool to interview who best appear to match the needs of each vacant position.
