Host your event at the Altharetta Yeargin Art Museum

With 3 beautiful galleries, a 30-seat theater and a classroom, AYAM is the perfect spot for your next business meeting, luncheon, or birthday party.

You may bring your own food or use the caterer of your choice, making an event at AYAM an affordable, unforgettable experience. 

No alcohol may be served at AYAM, as it is on SBISD property.

Rates

  • Events up to 2 hours, minimal set-up: $200
  • Events lasting 2 to 4 hours: $300
  • Events lasting over 4 hours: $500

Tours for Private Schools

AYAM offers a second grade study trip experience at the museum. Entitled “Sculpture in World Cultures”, the study trip includes: background information on sculpture, an age-appropriate  film about sculpture, a team building sculpture excercise, and a scavenger hunt. The tour curriculum is tied to TEKS objectives in social studies, as well as vocabulary and art components.

We can also tailor your field trip experience to your specific learning goals.

90 students can be accommodated at a morning (9:30-11) or afternoon (12-1:30) session.
Cost $5/ person.

The museum is meaningful and relevant to all grade levels and areas of academia. We offer learning opportunities and cultural advantages to the entire community in West Houston.
