Summary of Proposed work
This project will consist of building system upgrades including: exterior/interior upgrades, site improvements, and a partial roof replacement. In addition, the campus will receive new classroom furniture, technology student devices, and athletic upgrades (i.e. track and tennis/sport court resurfacing, and field refurbishing).
Spring Oaks Middle opened its doors in 1967, and consists of 189,660 square feet with a 2017-2018 student enrollment of 735.
Scope of Work
Renovation of 2,800 sf of administration and clinic area to provide visibility to the front entrance of the campus. 34,600 sf of roof replacement and the windows replacement for the New Gym. Fire alarm, security alarm and access control improvements. Adding supplemental lighting to classrooms, building and LED site lighting upgrades.
