Summary of Proposed work
This project will consist of safety and security upgrades, educational specifications upgrades, and building systems upgrades. In addition, the campus will receive new classroom furniture and student technology devices.
Treasure Forest opened its doors in 1996 and has remained in good condition. The campus consists of 82,149 square feet with a 2017-2018 student enrollment of 548.
Scope of Work
Interior and exterior renovation of existing 82,149 square footage Elementary School. Scope of work includes: Replacement of the existing roofing system including the standing seam metal roof, mechanical system upgrades, Library and Collaboration spaces renovation, replacement of skylight panels, new building marquee, replacement of door hardware at classrooms, fire alarm system, security alarm & access control improvements, renovation of existing restrooms, new kindergarten playground equipment, and providing new clearstory windows at collaboration areas.
