Spring Branch ISD provides full-day prekindergarten for all four-year-old students. To enroll in the program, child must be:
  • 4 years old on or before Sept. 1
  • reside in the SBISD attendance area

This full-day, educational program, believed to be the first of its kind in Texas, helps children build a solid academic foundation to be better prepared for school success. Students who meet State eligibility requirements attend at no charge.  Tuition and scholarship programs are also available.

Spring Branch ISD offers a half-day program for three-year-old students.  To enroll in the program, child must:

  • be 3 years old on or before Sept. 1
  • reside in the SBISD attendance area
  • meet State eligibility requirements
    • Limited English 
    • Economically Disadvantaged
    • Homeless
    • Foster Care
    • Military Families
    • Child of Star of Texas Award Recipient

PreK Resources

Transportation for Students

  • PK3 parents provide transportation to and from campus for their children.
  • For students in the full day four year old program, free bus transportation is provided.
