Records Management

Records Management tracks SBISD Administrative and Campus records, from creation to disposal. While maintaining records, the department researches information and retrieves records for departments, schools and the public, as needed.

Records Management oversees the following:

  • Public information requests
  • Student records
  • Transcript requests
  • Subpoenas
  • Depositions by written questions
