Obtain a printable PDF containing your Certificate of High School Equivalency and test scores by visiting Texas GED Certificate/Transcript Search. The mandatory fee of $5 can be paid by credit card or check (ACH). The certificate must be printed during this transaction.
How much do the new exams cost?
The four content areas cost $33.75 each, for a total of $135.
If an exam is failed, the test-taker can retake the exam two times for $13.75 within twelve months of the original failed attempt. After the first three attempts, the test-taker will have to wait an additional 60 days to retake the exam at the full price of $33.75.
