Flyer Distribution to Families
SBISD allows non-profit organizations and accredited educational institutions to distribute materials electronically to district families via Peachjar. As of August 1, 2016, we transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery. To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents indicated in your uploading preferences and posted on the selected campus(es) Peachjar websites.
To Request Flyer Approval:
- Important: Read the SBISD Flyer Guidelines and Criteria.
- Visit www.peachjar.com.
- Register as an Enrichment Provider (account type).
- Upload your flyer for approval.
- Your flyer will automatically be submitted to the SBISD Community Relations Office. District staff will review the material and approve or deny, based on our flyer guidelines. If approved, your flyer will be sent to parents via email and posted to the campus Peachjar page in the next Thursday distribution.
*Reminder: SBISD approves and distributes flyers on Thursdays. Your flyer, along with all proper documentation, must be uploaded to Peachjar by noon on Wednesday (noon on Monday for athletic opportunities) to be considered for the Thursday distribution.
Flyer Distribution Service Fees
Please note: Peachjar charges outside organizations a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.
If a flyer does not comply with SBISD policies and is denied, the posting organization will be notified electronically by Peachjar and a refund will be provided as an account credit.
Waived Service Fees
Peachjar will waive service fees for local community organizations posting to schools in our district when the organization is promoting a FREE event that does not entice participants to join a fee-based program or purchase products or services (ie, a free community movie night). To request waived service fees, a community organization must contact Peachjar at 858.997.2117, ext. 130.
