Your school's designated Peachjar School Admin can upload flyers to the school's Peachjar account. School-sponsored parent groups can send flyers to the School Admin for uploading. The School Admin is also in charge of assigning uploading privileges to others. Please contact your school to communicate with the schools’ Peachjar School Admin.
Please note: Schools cannot use their own Peachjar accounts to send out flyers for outside organizations. Outside organizations must create their own Peachjar accounts and upload their own flyers for district approval per these instructions.
Flyer upload instructions
If you are designated to upload flyers for a school, follow the directions below:
- Important: Read the SBISD Flyer Guidelines and Criteria.
- Visit www.peachjar.com.
- Log in.
- Upload your flyer. You will go through a "checkout" process, but there is no charge for flyers for schools and school-sponsored parent organizations.
- Your flyer will be sent via email in the next cycle, which is typically the following day.
