SpringBoard Mentoring

SpringBoard mentors in Spring Branch ISD assist students in grades 3-12 by offering guidance, encouragement and support.

Mentors provide young people with the skills needed to address personal, school and home issues that may discourage them from reaching their potential.

In just 30-45 minutes weekly, mentors supply the gift of hope to those they touch and give young people a vision of success.

Why become a mentor partner?

Mentoring has brought unity of purpose, cause and a sense of community responsibility to our corporate and faith-based community partners enabling them to learn about their future employees/members, customers, and the education system.

Mentoring has fostered relationships across sections of our corporate/community partner organizations. Mentors report their lives were significantly enriched and fulfilled by becoming a mentor.
