National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)

Two of the four employee childcare centers are NAEYC accredited. Two are in the process of becoming NAEYC accredited. NAEYC accreditation means that the center has met the highest standards for quality. They implement high-quality curriculum, create safe environments, and employ qualified staff to support the development of all children.

All childcare centers are self-sustaining programs and tuition based. Space is limited and enrollment is on a first come, first served basis.

Mission

The mission of the childcare centers is to provide a positive, nurturing, and caring environment in which children can grow physically, emotionally, and cognitively. To support this mission, all centers strive to maintain a strong partnership between school and home. Parents are encouraged to interact daily with teachers and the center manager.

  • Parent Advisory Committee - Several of our childcare centers have Parent Advisory Committees (PACs) composed of parents who meet regularly to discuss upcoming events, fundraising initiatives, and ways to support children. All parents are encouraged to become active members. Please contact the center manager for additional information.
