The next election for two positions on the Spring Branch ISD Board of Trustees is scheduled for Saturday, May 6, 2023.
The candidate filing window will open on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023 and the deadline for candidates to file is 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17, 2023.
Trustee positions for the upcoming election are Position 1, currently held by Josef D. Klam; and Position 2, currently held by Chris Gonzalez. Each member serves a three-year term.
Candidate application packets are currently available at SBISD’s Wayne F. Schaper Leadership Center, located at 955 Campbell Road, and completed applications will be accepted in this building during regular business hours, 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning Wednesday, Jan. 18. The election office will be open until 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17, the last day to file for candidacy.
All registered voters who reside in SBISD are eligible to vote in SBISD Board of Trustees elections.
