Northbrook High School welcomes Coach Demond Stafford
 

 

Northbrook High School (NHS) proudly introduces Demond Stafford as its new head coach and athletic director, bringing more than 25 years of coaching experience and a legacy of success to the Raiders' athletic program.

Coach Stafford's career includes accolades such as the prestigious 2021 UIL Sponsor Excellence Award, a district football title in 2023, and Coach of the Year honors in 22-6A. These achievements highlight Coach Stafford's commitment to excellence and his ability to inspire athletes both on and off the field.

Stafford selected Spring Branch Independent School District (SBISD) for its Core Values, particularly Every Child. He values SBISD's reputation for fostering a supportive environment where every student can thrive.

At the heart of Stafford's leadership philosophy is providing support to every member of the school family  – from athletes to coaches and the wider community. He believes collaboration and encouragement are crucial for achieving success.

"As a leader and educator, I am most inspired by the potential I see in our students. Their growth and development, both as athletes and individuals, motivate me daily," said Coach Stafford.

Offering advice to students and families for the upcoming year, Stafford emphasized embracing Northbrook Athletics and continuing to support the Raiders. "Our athletes are improving daily, and your support means everything to us. Together, we can achieve greatness."

Looking forward to the first day at Northbrook High School, Stafford anticipates the optimism and energy of a new school year. "I can't wait to see our students' enthusiasm and begin my journey with the Raiders. Here We Go Raiders!" said Stafford, signaling his excitement for the future of Northbrook's athletic program under his leadership.
