Parent U: 504 and Special Education Accommodations in College
Spring Branch ISD (SBISD) juniors, seniors, and their families are invited to join a Parent U session on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 6–7 p.m. via Zoom focused on navigating accommodations in college.
This session will walk families through what changes — and what stays the same — when students with 504 plans or special education services transition to postsecondary education. Attendees will learn how colleges determine eligibility, what types of supports are available, and how students can advocate for their needs. The Zoom link will be provided after registration.
