Joy of Reading: Motivating and Supporting Young Readers at Home
Tuesday, March 30 | 6:00 pm

Bringing joy to reading starts with playing with language through rhyming, syllables and repeating sounds! Often when students have a difficult time with emergent and early reading, they need more opportunities to build phonological and phonemic awareness. Join us for tips to support and engage your young and striving readers at home.

Our children have such wonderful stories to share! We work hard with students to transfer phonics skills to reading and writing. Join us to learn ways to support this transfer with your young readers and writers. Come meet the phonics mascots Mabel, Rasheed, and Gus. Learn about snap words, and ideas for interactive writing, too!
