Parent U: Paying for College - FAFSA/TASFA Orientation for 12th grade students and families
Did you know there is a new graduation requirement for your student?
As a result of House Bill 3, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) adopted a requirement for graduation that will require students starting with the Class of 2022 to complete and submit either the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA).
Join us to learn about this new requirement, receive a general overview of financial aid and the applications, and learn how 2020 tax filing connects to applying for financial aid.
