SBISD students earn regional honors in Scholastic Art & Writing Awards

 

 

Students from across Spring Branch ISD (SBISD) earned top regional recognition in the 2026 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, presented locally by the Harris County Department of Education (HCDE).

These prestigious awards celebrate exceptional creativity and achievement in both visual art and writing. Gold Key recipients advance automatically to the national competition.

Art Awards

Stratford High School

  • Honorable Mention: “Beautiful Death” – Ruby Gallegos

Memorial High School
