Spring Branch Independent School District (SBISD) is excited to announce its upcoming community health and wellness fair, 'Healthy U', taking place at Northbrook High School on Sat., March 23, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
From demonstrations on nutrition to free health screenings and immunizations, families can actively engage in an assortment of wellness initiatives at this free event. Attendees will also have a chance to win incredible giveaways and prizes!

Healthy U offers an exciting range of education and entertainment options suitable for the entire family. From captivating live performances to rejuvenating yoga and Zumba sessions, catering to various fitness levels, we've got everyone covered. For younger guests, our creative puppet shows and imaginative face painting are bound to entertain!
Northbrook High School is located at 1 Raider Cir N, Houston, TX 77080. Healthy U is a ticketless event open to all community members.
