SBISD Unofficial Election Results
May 2, 2026
Complete but unofficial results confirm two members of the Spring Branch ISD Board of Trustees were elected Saturday. Each board member serves a three-year term.
- Courtney Anderson was reelected to the Position 1 seat in the complete but unofficial results, with 3,286 votes, defeating J Steven Smelley who received 1,131 votes.
- Ted Tredennick was elected to the Position 2 seat in the complete but unofficial results with 2,687 votes, defeating Sally Cone who received 1,031 votes, and Jeri Spence who received 1,021 votes.
Official canvassing of votes will occur at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, in the Board Room at the Wayne F. Schaper, Sr. Leadership Center, 955 Campbell Road. A canvass verifies that votes were accurately counted during the election.
