Spring Branch Education Foundation will kick off the 2019-20 social and fundraising season with its annual Style Show and Luncheon on Friday, Sept. 13. Co-chairs Kim Conrad, Sheri Gross and Tanna Myers are expecting to welcome a sold-out crowd at the Royal Sonesta Houston, 2222 West Loop South.

All proceeds will benefit Spring Branch ISD’s 35,000 students through innovative programs provided by the Foundation. Since 1993, SBEF has gifted SBISD with more than $13 million in grants and scholarships.

“Working with producer Todd Ramos, we’re creating the best show yet,” Conrad said. “Ticket holders can look forward to fashions from Houston favorites Chloe Dao, Elizabeth Purpich, Kimora Lee Simmons and Lucho.”

A reception will begin at 11 a.m., followed by the style show and luncheon at noon. Pop-up stores will be available before and after the luncheon.

The pop-up shops are a great draw to the event, according to Myers. “Shoppers will find everything from jewelry and fashions for men and women to home décor. It’s the perfect time and place to start your holiday shopping.”

“Each year, patrons are eager to see their friends and neighbors on the runway,” Gross said. “Our models are Spring Branch ISD staff, volunteers and parents – great sports who enjoy supporting our students.”

This year’s models are: Raymorris Barnes, Jennifer Blaine, Allison Cattan, Brad Conrad, Angelina Dina, Jordan Folloder, Katherine Gring, Wayne Gross, Tami Gust, Josef Klam, Gary Koch, Sara Long, Jeff Majewski, Michelle Majewski, Greg Myers, Jen Moss, Jimmy Pappas, Stephanie Pappas, Stephanie Rasch, Evie Rawlinson, Adam Stiles, Suzanne Stiles and Meredith Turner.

Tables for 10, $1,500 to $10,000, and individual tickets for $165, are available online. For regular updates, “like” SBEF on Facebook.
