The public is invited to the 41st annual Spring Branch FFA Show & Sale, which will be held Friday and Saturday, Feb. 1-2, on the grounds of SBISD’s Ag Farm located at 1905 Brittmoore. A popular student Livestock Show will operate Friday from 1-8 p.m. It is followed on Saturday by Silent and Live Auction events held from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., featuring student-raised livestock and champion non-livestock projects.
On Friday, FFA students in grades 3-12 will exhibit animals. Student-raised livestock in this year’s event includes rabbits, broilers, turkeys, goats, lambs, heifers, steers and swine. Several food trucks will park on the Ag Farm site for those seeking Friday dinner options.
Saturday’s Live Auction will begin at 1 p.m. Those who register as a buyer may enjoy lunch prior to the livestock and champion non-livestock project sales. The Silent Auction will include many items that are non-livestock entries, as well as a raffle. The Silent Auction will operate from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
