SBISD celebrates All-State Choir, Orchestra, and Band students at Board of Trustees Meeting
 

 

The Spring Branch Independent School District (SBISD) Board of Trustees recognized outstanding students from the district’s music programs at their regular meeting on Monday, March 24. These students achieved the prestigious All-State designation in Choir, Orchestra, and Band, showcasing their talent and dedication to their craft.

All-State Choir Honorees

The following students were named to the Texas All-State Choir:

  • Nathan Castillo from Spring Woods High School

  • Ioanna Georgiadis from Memorial High School

  • Esther Kang from Memorial High School

These students were selected for their exceptional vocal abilities and will perform in the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) All-State Choir.

All-State Orchestra Honorees

The following Memorial High School students earned All-State recognition in the orchestra category:

  • Viet Ha (Piano)

  • Riko Kasyan (Violin)

  • Abraham Kim (Cello)

  • Jeesoo Kim (Violin)

  • Andrea Ramirez (Violin)

These talented musicians were selected to perform in the TMEA All-State Orchestra, a major accomplishment in their musical careers.

SBISD is proud of these students for their hard work, talent, and commitment to excellence.
