Spring Woods High School seniors make lasting memories during Senior Week as they approach graduation

As their senior year ends, Spring Woods High School (SWHS) graduating students participated in fun activities during Senior Week, including a picnic, a water balloon fight and even a student-teacher kickball game.

"This is an important week for our graduating students, because it is the last time they will be together as a class," said Jennifer Collier, SWHS principal. "They have worked so hard this year, and they deserve to engage in fun activities to celebrate all they have accomplished."

Last September, seniors participated in Senior Sunrise, where they had breakfast on their football field to signify the beginning of their senior year. To close out the year, they took part in Senior Sunset and watched a photo slideshow filled with memories, right back on the same football field.

They also played bingo and had a picnic with burgers and hot dogs before their kickball game. The students had a water balloon fight, and to end the week, they paraded throughout the neighborhood.

When asked what makes the Class of 2022 stand out, Collier mentioned that they are "collectively great" and always know when to work hard. She notes that she is excited for them to embark on a new journey but will miss them.
