Student artists shine at Northbrook High’s first Sugar Plum Shoppe

Northbrook High School (NHS) kicked off December with a brand-new tradition that put student creativity center stage.

On Friday, Dec. 5, the campus hosted its inaugural Sugar Plum Shoppe, a festive student art market featuring 56 artists from across SBISD, representing grades 2 through 12.

Families, staff, and community members explored booths filled with original artwork, handmade goods, and creative pieces that showcased the talent of SBISD students. The evening also highlighted the district’s strong fine arts programs with live performances from the Northbrook High School (NHS) and Spring Woods High School (SWHS) orchestras. To close out the celebration, the NHS JV Dance Team delivered a high-energy finale.

The event drew an enthusiastic crowd and created a joyful space for students to share their work, celebrate one another, and step into the holiday season surrounded by community support. As we head into winter break, we look forward to celebrating the many campus activities happening across SBISD. Share your moments with us on social media by tagging @SBISD.
