What's new on the menu for 2025-26?

Spring Branch ISD (SBISD) School Nutrition Services (SNS) has announced updated meal prices and resources for the 2025–26 academic year.


Updated meal prices

Beginning this fall, meal prices will be as follows:

  • Elementary school lunch: $3.00
  • Secondary school lunch: $3.25

This adjustment reflects a 50-cent increase in lunch prices. For additional information, visit the SBISD SNS website or contact School Nutrition Services (SNS) at 713-251-1150.


Manage school meals online

Families can manage meal-related tasks online through SchoolCafe, a digital platform that offers:

  • Access to lunch menus

  • Balance checks and online payments

  • Low-balance alerts

  • Nutritional and allergen information

Families are also encouraged to complete a Free & Reduced-Price Meal Application beginning July 1, 2025, if their student attends a participating SBISD campus. Applications can be submitted online at www.schoolcafe.com/springbranchisd, at your student’s school, or in person at:

No-Cost meals through CEP

For the 2025–26 school year, eligible campuses will continue to participate in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), which provides free breakfast and lunch to all enrolled students.

Families with students attending these campuses are asked to complete SBISD’s Income Survey at www.schoolcafe.com/springbranchisd to ensure schools receive appropriate state and federal funding.

Note: Visiting adults and staff will continue to pay $3.25 for breakfast and $5.00 for lunch.


More No-Cost meals

Spring Branch ISD (SBISD) is expanding access to healthy, nutritious meals for students across the district through a combination of state and federal support.

State Support for Reduced-Price Eligible Students

Thanks to funding from the State of Texas, students who qualify for Reduced-Price Breakfast and Lunch will receive both meals at no cost during the 2025–2026 school year. This applies to the following campuses:

Elementary: Bunker Hill, Frostwood, Hunters Creek, Meadow Wood, Memorial Drive, Nottingham, Rummel Creek, Valley Oaks, Wilchester
Middle: Memorial Middle, Spring Branch Middle, Spring Forest, Westchester Academy
High: Memorial High, Stratford High, Westchester Academy

Families with students attending these campuses must complete the Free and Reduced-Price Meals Application to determine eligibility for this benefit. Learn more or apply at SBISD School Nutrition Services.


Submit the online Benefit Form

SBISD encourages all families to complete the new online Benefit Form in SchoolCafe. The form helps ensure students and schools receive every available support. Submission is quick, requires minimal information, and can be completed on a computer or mobile device.
