A UIL Preparticipation physical, including medical history, and all participation forms must be completed before a student is allowed to tryout or participate. These forms are available on our website under Participation Documents.
Low-cost Sports Physicals for All SBISD Athletes
In collaboration with Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center, SBISD Athletics is offering comprehensive, low-cost physicals to all SBISD athletes.

- April 8, 2026 @ Stratford HS
- April 24, 2026 @ Spring Woods HS

- All seating is General Admission. Tickets will be sent immediately after purchase from tickets@central.uh.edu.
- Please download your ticket(s) to your Apple or Google Wallet PRIOR to coming to the match. Screenshots will not work.
- All University of Houston sporting events have a Clear Bag Policy and no re-entry is allowed once your ticket has been scanned.
