Schools will be contacting parents in the summer months to finalize any paperwork or information needed to complete registration.

Returning students
- Families are asked annually to confirm/update information for each child attending.
- Returning families can update online most information collected in a school’s First Day Packet through Skyward Family Access. If you do not have a Skyward Family Access account, please contact your school to set up an account.
- Parents are not required to print forms. Forms can be signed and submitted electronically.
- If you would like to print out the forms for your records, please ensure that Adobe Reader is installed on your device. This process can be completed on a PC, Tablet or smartphone browser.
- Please be sure to complete forms by clicking the submit button at the end of each form.
- If your campus does not receive these forms electronically, you will receive paper copies from your child’s campus to be completed.

Registration requirements
New students
- Families new to Spring Branch ISD or families who have moved within Spring Branch ISD to a different school are encouraged to register students before the first day of school.
- All necessary registration forms may be completed online in advance of registering the student at his/her attendance area school. (Alternately, the option to complete registration forms at the child’s attendance-area campus is also available during in-person registration dates/times. A parent or legal guardian must be present to enroll a student less than 18 years old.)
- To complete forms online, you will need an Internet-ready browser, email address and phone number.
- If you would like to print out the forms for your records, please ensure that Adobe Reader is installed on your device.
- After registering online, appointments will be scheduled at the student’s attendance-area school to submit required documents (listed below).
What do I need to bring with me to register my student?
- Immunization Records (one of the following is required):
- Doctor's Records
- Official Record of Vaccinations. For the list of all required vaccinations based on age and grade, please click here: Immunization Requirements
- Transcript or report card from the last school attended
- Student Identification (one of the following is required):
- Birth Certificate
- Birth Fact (must turn in actual birth certificate within 30 days of enrollment)
- Social Security Card (if available)
- Passport
- Validated Baptismal Records
- Parent Identification (one of the following is required):
- Driver’s License
- Picture ID
- Passport
- Military ID
- Government ID
- Proof of Address (one of the following is required):
- Current Rental Lease
- Mortgage Statement
- District Tax bill
- Utility Bill (not including internet or cellular phone bill)
- Light, gas, water, sewer, waste
Student accident insurance
Health Special Risk, Inc. is offering two options for supplemental student accident insurance:
- At School Coverage: Provides protection for students enrolled full time in Kindergarten through 12th grade during regular school hours for the entire school year.
- 24-Hour Coverage: Provides protection 24 hours a day, seven days a week for any covered student accident that occurs anywhere, not just on school grounds.
*Premiums are paid for either option annually
*One-time payment provides coverage for the entire year
