Spring Branch ISD (SBISD) will provide all middle and high school students the opportunity to view Screenagers Under the Influence, a thought-provoking film that explores the intersection of technology, substance use, and adolescence during Red Ribbon Week.
Screenings will be held in advisory classes from October 23 to October 31, 2024.
This impactful 50-minute film examines how technology shapes adolescent experiences, focusing on the influence of social media on decisions about vaping, drugs, and alcohol. Facilitated by the Guidance and Counseling Department, this screening aims to equip students with essential knowledge and strategies to navigate these critical issues. Student participation is vital for fostering meaningful discussions.

Support Strategies: Provide parents and educators with effective tools to support youth.
Cultivate a Healthy Environment: Promote spaces where students can thrive mentally and emotionally.
