Whether working alongside teachers, partnering with families or encouraging students to take on new challenges, he has focused on building school communities where every person feels valued, every learner has opportunities to grow a nd every student is empowered to succeed.

Now, as Director of Westchester Academy for International Studies (WAIS), Hill is excited to join a school community known for its culture of academic excellence, global learning and student leadership. "What drew me to WAIS was its commitment to helping students think beyond themselves,"

Hill said. "This is a place where curiosity is encouraged, diverse perspectives are celebrated and students are inspired to become leaders. I am honored to join this incredible community and look forward to learning and growing alongside our students, families and staff."

Hill believes great schools are built through strong relationships and high expectations. Guided by Spring Branch ISD's T-2-4 vision, he is committed to creating learning experiences that prepare students not only for college and careers, but for lives of purpose, service and lifelong learning.
